Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If we are notified of cancellation 72 hours or more ahead of the scheduled event time we will issue a full refund.

If we are notified of cancellation 48 hours or more ahead of the scheduled event time we will issue a 75% refund.

If we are notified of cancellation 24 hours or more ahead of the scheduled event time we will issue a 50% refund.

If we are notified of cancellation less than 24 hours of the scheduled event time no refund will be issued. 

Weather Related Cancellations:

If the cancellation reason is due to weather related issues a full refund will be given if we are notified 24 hours or more of the scheduled event time. (The advanced weather forecast readily available)
